Acknowledging and identifying energetic and emotional blocks and limitations and transmuting these with meditations, colour and breathwork through a 15 minute audio of a ‘Colour Therapy Visualisation Journey’.
2. Grounding + Expressing = Clarity
Activating right brain hemisphere through creative expression to uncover solutions to problems. Connecting to the earth frequency through nature immersion with creative practices to eradicate a build up of electromagnetic radiation to allow flow through a ‘Nature Mandala Creation’ experience.
3. Replenishing + Integration = Flow
Clearing energetic pathways in the body through Kinesiology techniques to release energetic blocks stored in meridians, acupuncture points and neurovascular points.
