This week’s resource is a 6 minute video on 3 rejuvenating kinesiology techniques to support us in getting into the ‘Zen Zone’. These exercises can be experienced at anytime, anywhere to rejuvenate all aspects of our being.
Technique 1 # Emotional Stress Relief Points
This neurovascular point that we hold helps us to: – calm fight and flight – balance out the stomach meridian – bring blood to the front brain to support us with ‘rational / present’ thinking – eases the stress response / ‘butterflies in the tummy’ feeling
Technique 2Â # Kidney 27 Point / Lymphatic PointÂ
This acupressure point that we stimulate helps us to: – detox the body – balance out the kidney meridian – balance out electromagnetic energy that has built up in the body – eases fear and anxiety – boosts our immune system (stimulating the lymphatic system)Â
Technique 3Â # Thymus Gland Tapping
This point that we stimulate helps us to: – energise the body – stimulate the thymus gland to release white blood cells / lymphocytes to boost our immune system – shifts stagnant energy in the body – helps us feel awake & alive!
